Answer:
Olde Schoolhouse

History:
The Olde Schoolhouse is located at 306 Eva Street.
No-one knows when this building was built. The Olde Schoolhouse served as Dobbin Elementary School for Blacks. It was used until 1965 when it was shut down by the government. 30 years later, in 1995, it was moved to Montgomery and restored by Bill and Candice Witzig. It had to be cut in half in order to be moved. More then 9/18 of the large windows had to be rebuilt. Some interested features of the building is the raised stage area and the closet-sized library. This building is now an approved Texas Historical Site.
It is now owned by John "Cotton" and Bea Rouse since August 2006. It is now an antique shop.

Fun Fact:
Dobbin was actually named Bobbin originally.  The Railroad misspelled the town signs and changed it's name to Dobbin.
